I feel like when PM is also selling real estate, they will pay less attention to your property if a big deal/sale is coming up, it's just human nature to be healthily egoistic.PMs that OWN real estate of their own can be good, as long as they have just a few properties in your area, just enough to RELATE to the owner.

Nature's Miracle works well to eliminate the odor (to both humans and pets) but if it is to the subfloor then as Account Closed suggested kilz and or replacement of a few subfloor sheets is necessary.
