Driving for Dollars

I've been out driving for dollars several times in the last month.  Today I sat down with all my data and looked up the owners.

Some of the owners are corporations, LLCs or trusts.  Is it worth the cost to send to these since they are probably owned by investors?

Some houses that I think are certainly vacant have the owner's address listed as the property address.  Is there some way to find the owner's new address?

While I've never actually sent letters to any vacant homeowners spotted while "driving for dollars" I will say this - I've seen the words "tired landlord" thrown around more than once around here. The LLC that owns the house - there are human beings behind that name. You never know their situation. It could be owned by a flipper who ran out of money, an investor who has too much going on in their personal life to deal with it at the moment, or a "tired landlord"... sure, they probably get tons of "yellow letters" and have probably sent one or two in their career, but I guess my point is this - why WOULDN'T you want to market to them? What if your yellow letter happens to make it's way to their mailbox on the very day they decide they'll unload their property to the next buyer who knocks on their door. Wouldn't you want that to be you?
