Naming preferred states to invest in is as broad as saying "I want food for dinner." 

Pricing is a bit high for the feature set at $23/month standard (with additional fees for many items) and $39/month unlimited with no additional fees.

Here are some reasons adding an ADU is often one of the worse investments but it is mostly the first item.

Hmmm, guess you didn't notice that @Michael Plaks is an "Enrolled Agent".There are hot dog vendors, there are fast food cooks, there are sit down resaurant cooks and there are fine dining chefs. 

To be fair, you don't need to read everything if your lawyer has.Secondly, even if they put it in writing, the OA and PPM will waive any and all other statements in writing...The GP should be advised by their attorney to NOT put those items in an email.
