If you are living at home, with no other financial responsibilities, the court won't be able to see how you can't repay it, as of now.I don't think you can declare based upon what might happen, or what you fear will happen.When I did it, I was living with my fiancée and I had to break down every single expense and declare what percentage of that expense I was responsible for.

Believe me I have been on both sides of this many many times.. and have built a niche for myself in these smaller loans... but I have to do 10 to 20 a month to make any kind of money vis a vi the risk.plus HML generally don't give 100% of costs you need some cash into it.. so that's why they wanted substitute collateral..

Both are insulated by buying at a discount so they can sell at a profit and not overleveraging so they can afford to hold through the dips if need be, and still make money if a dip doesn't occur ... plan A and plan B (or visa versa).
