It's a profitable relationship, one where a person says "I am luck to have found ___". - 5% of agents "walk-on-water".

The relatively low initial investment combined with Chattanooga’s rising real estate market presented an excellent opportunity for a quick, profitable turnaround.

I used them for many years when we only had a few properties - it is excellent for that niche.  

Historically there is a bad relationship between initial cash flow and long term cash flow.  

Conner and his team have excellent communication, rented my property quickly and handle any issues thoroughly, satisfying both myself and my tenants. 

Being new to the LA market, I'm looking to partner with someone who has established relationships with local contractors and/or experience with creative financing.

However, they're a free software and provide excellent customer support so I still stand by them.
