My buddy who I bought the home with got engaged, I bought him out of the property via refinance.

I personally wouldn't want to purchase bad assets, even if favorable creative financing was offered and I am confident I can accomplish more buying assets in a more traditional transaction than hunting down the unicorns.  

We want to hold long term so we feel pretty confident about the purchase.

Since tenant was told he could leave and doesn’t want too I’m confident he isn’t making it up to leave.He is either mentally unfit or you have a sewer issue.

I'm not confident in listing traditionally and just wanted to explore options and speak to anyone who has experience in these type of deals in the city. 

I got engaged there back in 2009 and boy have things grown. 

Investors feel more confident hiring vendors that are investors themselves.
