Couple houses same square feet were sold around 925 to 950 K range without a pool.

I attended a few meetups and, over time, built relationships with folks interseted in short-term investments.

I've gone to a couple meetings and it can be a good place to meet wholesalers, agents, contractors, and other investors.Good luck!

Another thing I've done is to go onto STR sites, and check out a couple things.
