To conclude Durham is a location that should be on all investors in NC's radar.

I don't know , how you can conclude that "most contractors" run . even if we assume that's true , "most" people doing it won't justify anything .

Would you conclude the same?

Since every day working we trade our time- our very lives- for money or capital, I conclude that capital equals life.

The sentence "I've got a lead on a Freddie Mac foreclosure that is headed to auction." leads me to believe that the current owner is Freddie Mac (meaning the legal aspect of 'foreclosure' has been conducted and concluded with Freddie Mac gaining a trustee's deed) and the "action" is via Freddie Mac or some other REO/GSE method like auction.com, econohomes, etc.

Your QI is going to have a big say in whether they will let the transaction conclude. 

My observations have concluded that a significant majority of new property owners listing on these OTAs seem to believe that none of this should really apply to them; often because ¨well it´s not very much money, so of course I shouldn´t have to pay all those fees and follow those rules¨, or even as simple as what I said above: ¨It´s MY house, so I can do whatever I want!

To conclude, Rocky Mount is no shining star, but as with almost every where, there is still opportunity to be found.

I have spent a great deal of time in California, Arizona, Nevada, and other states working with various agents and attorneys only to conclude it is not clear cut.In my opinion, if your working with the a listed property, you need to be very careful becuase there are a lot of eyes watching agents right now becuase lawmakers tend to believe distressed homeowners need to be treated with a higher degree of protection.
