I think its a good idea to compile a "rule of thumb" list for investment purchases.

A really good compilation of Buffett's letters was organized by Lawrence Cunningham and is called "The Essays of Warren Buffett: Lesson for Corporate America".

There are a few strategies I've seen expressed over the last few weeks that I hope to be able to use, and plan to start compiling area information.

It took me about 3 weeks to compile a list of reliable people, but once I did...the floor was mine.

Check out the list Josh compiled on Assembling Your Team as you're considering who you want to get involved and who you will want and need to be involved to protect you and push you in the right direction.

You will want as many eyes on your deal as possible, and a buyers list will take time to compile, so you should start building that list now if you haven't alreadySounds like you're in the be ready to put your listening skills to good use!  

It could also provide a vast wealth of information for BiggerPockets to compile this information at a macro level in order to assist in the research you guys do for articles and podcasts about different markets.

In these cases, you'll have to eliminate the cancelled D-T to find the correct D-T entries to compile the current lien order.
