@Robert H HilbertYou are not required to have an entity(LLC or S-corp) to take advantage of deductions.You are required to have a "business"(intent and signs to generate income).To speak on it as well, you may want to consider starting your business for a while without an entity before you actually go ahead and set up the entity.I don't know what the statistic is, but i think 90% of real estate agents stop being an agent within 1 year.
