If it quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck.I highly doubt you will be able to build a sustainable business by circumventing the law with some clever wordplay.Go to school, get licensed and do things the correct way, you will come out further ahead.

They do all scheduling, pay all sales taxes, do all the cleaning, provide all linens and toilet paper, I even had a tenet that damaged a new duvet cover and they notified me asking where I got it and they replaced it and charged the tenet for it.

She's been with us for just about 2 years and has pretty much paid on time and it wasn't like this until about 6 months ago (or I didn't notice it) but the intensity of requests is definitely increasing.I'm thinking about not renewing her and cutting her loose if I can't find a clever way to bring her in line quickly. 

I have been thinking about Clever Investors.

You should attend it for sure.There are many other courses that are definitely worth the money like Clever Investor but I recommend the above two courses over anything else for a starter.

The problem with all the "clever" ways to disguise the fact that the down payment is not coming from you is that to secure the loan you will have to sign a statement that the down payment is coming from your own funds and that there has not been and will not be any exchange of consideration outside of closing.  

She states that she prefers working with them because they've helped her close deals when big random problems come along that require expediency and cleverness.

The only numbers that matter from that point forward are:1) How much of my money goes out to acquire & fix the problem2) How much money comes back for my return.Oh yes, as far as out of the box, I thought sending cookies was kinda clever. .

Or is it just that you and your ilk are so much cleverer?
