Filing taxes from the States for Canadian properties is super annoying, and cost add up.

We all have phrases that annoy us.

Convenient but can be a big conflict of interest when everything the PM recommends or does benefits both companies they own.....Its already very tempting for a PM company to recommend a bunch of unnecessary stuff without the added benefit of double dipping ing as hellThe double keypad lock is a really BAD idea legally...... and as a tenant it would be annoying as hell.....

I still like the house but it's a bit annoying now knowing that I cannot comfortably put in e.g. a patio in my backyard if I'd like to do so in the future.
