Would be nice to also have the ability to rent it out short term (AirBNB, etc) but this isn't totally necessary.

I find it much more intelligible to just do the work directly myself.One thing I'm really not sure of (but would like to know).... is how far is the Flat Fee MLS broker's "reach" over my ability to sell thru alternative avenues outside the MLS listing service that I'm paying them to list on???

I think for now the human element is too important. 

However, in talking to USAA, I read many of these coverage elements specifically called out by Prosper and asked if USAA would cover them.
