Anyone have some sort of security system for package delivery for an apartment building?   

You could just charge them whenever a delivery is made and they'll have to pay a large amount.

@Davis Stoner when I had a property with an oil tank, I filled the tank before move-in, then had an auto delivery contract with an oil company in my name.

None of them wanted to commit to specific delivery dates because of covid and a hot market.

It is cheaper for you in the long term to pay for a $95 delivery fee for a $2 part at Home Depot instead of you heading there your self taking away valuable time you could have used doing something more useful.

I purchased in a growing neighborhood and added value over time: extra AC units, ceiling fans, area rugs, gutters, flowerbeds, a secure package delivery system, etc.

This also depends on your current lease and states statutes, so please make sure you look those up and abide by the timelines and what type of delivery.  

No more waiting for deliveries.

I know I cant change her delivery address with these companies bc I'm not her.

I currently work as a GrubHub driver and listen to audiobooks and the BP podcasts all day while I am making deliveries.
