It comes with the iphones.Don't drink on the job, don't play loud music on the job (earphones are your friend), don't lear at the lady renters (you are there for business), and dressing like a (successful) workman in clean clothes everyday will probably go a long way in making a good first impression, on both the owner and the renter.Clean boots or shoes are a positive.

I have seen more than a few that took a foot or so of NM into the boxes, and just connected that with tape to the old cloth wrapped inside the walls.

We find that most stains come from people who remove makeup onto the wash cloths, and while we still stock white wash cloths for general use, we place three of these types of makeup-removal wash cloths on each bathroom counter so that the guests use them instead of the white wash cloths.Sorry, this didn't really answer the "towel deal" question, but yeah, Wal-Mart and Costco are both good places.

There are some benefits to white, bleach, etc. but others have comments about dark colors to avoid showing stains.We buy a few black face cloths for women to remove their make-up.  

They have great clothes for about $3 per item.
