I honestly wish we didn’t have to rent it at all, but we don’t have that kind of money this early in our investment life. 

Things you wish you knew before executing this strategy?

As others said, you can fill in the blanks easily if you wish to move forward...but at least you can get an idea of what's going on with the property....
