This is not a "buy an LLC from the internet" kind of situation.

PLEASE, do not use a lease off the internet.  

More than one well-meaning person with good intentions, in fact, without even hurting anyone, has gone away for an inadvertent Ponzi scheme.Do an internet search on "raising private money" to find people who teach that stuff.

That's not always so with other cities though, and I've had trouble even finding their MLS on the internet, and begrudgingly I end up going to Zillow for searches to see what's available.  

there are brokerages that are your basic incubators for new agents.. full of training.. that's what you need as others have stated if your current broker has no formal scheduled training videos and training sessions you need to switch.you cant learn real estate brokerage and sales from a cracker jack box.. nor from the internet.. you need real training..
