Some homes here are even from the 1800s.Wickford Village- Prices are much higher here but people love this little town.

But my tax preparer tells me that you can own as many as you want...similarly, few people on here and on the podcasts apparently own a small village-worth of properties.

It is basically Charles Village if you are looking for cash flow in a safe area, unless you go up towards Towson.

Hi All,I've been looking into multifamily investment property (6-12 units), been looking in the Chicago neighbors, western suburbs, dug into information such as population, income, job growth, crime rates, rent vs homeowner ratio....found these facts.Chicago neighbors, west sides (Maywood, Berwyn, Cicero, Austin, Chicago Heights, Little Village) have higher rent vs home owner ratio, higher crime rates, lower average income, more building available for sale compared to the western suburbs (Aurora, Plainfied, Elgin, Joliet, Rockford). 

Thirdly we have about 13 acres next to the Villages in Florida on Lake Deaton that is undeveloped.

That might be at odds with doing Airbnb, I'm assuming most would try to stick to either Elmwood Village or North Buffalo area for Airbnb purposes.

Daniel is excited to have recently joined the board of Eden Village West, a Jewish farm-to-table summer camp, and looks forward to teaching his six year old daughter how to surf in 2022.
