Long story short, Wife & I were planning to visit her family in Vietnam for entire month of August (cleared my work schedule) but recently learned wife is pregnant and her doctor & CDC do not recommend pregnant females travel to Vietnam due to risk of Zika Virus.

My wife handles leasing when she's in town, the young lady handles it when we're traveling or when we don't want to be bothered.

I just bought a property and it’s about half a mile from a giant development of huge corporate buildings, restaurants, apartments etc. has anyone dealt with leasing to a company for their traveling employees, or selling to one?

(and travel nurses in the Summer too).

And has the same long term goals as me (both young 20s and want to replace our current work income with passive to travel).I'm looking for advice on the risks of investing it in real estate (currently in stocks and bonds).

I plan on traveling out to Kansas City in September and meeting with Storybook and some other potential team members. 

Is there a market for a joint venture partner who literally just travels across the country on call.
