I could tell you to dump your money into bitcoin.

My nephews attended rockhurst and UMKC and never locked their cars, locked cars invited broken windows to get to the stero system that had been stolen,  ulocked cars could let people get in to see there was nothing in the car of value.They lived in campus housing that had locked and gate grounds.To invest in that area, I highly recommend west of Troost - more like Plaza, Brookside and Waldo areas which are more into 64114.

If you do invest the money, it will not last for long (broken, stolen, etc.).

Here’s the situation: I'm 21, I make 90k a year (all remote work), I invested in Bitcoin in 2017, I’ve made sizable returns (at the moment 40k on my 6k investment)I have 93k in student loans (4.5% interest).

We had one key stolen while on vacation and had to call a locksmith and rekey.

Recently, and by recently I mean in the last 6 months, of the 5 tenants living at the rental, 2 have had their cars broken into and a mutual friend had their car stolen.
