I think Zillow just wants to make money, take a cut where they can to pay themselves for running the most popular real estate site in the country.

Get pre-approved for a mortgage, conduct site visits, use analytics tools, network with investment groups, monitor foreclosure listings, and look for areas with long-term growth potential.

Sites like Dalmorefg.com lists some on their site as they act as the compliance broker dealer for many offerings

If you can respond to the request on the host site just state the facts.

I also see a lot of hotels posted for sale on commercial real estate listing sites. 

I say you don't need to consider security cameras (or even trail cameras)- but you could put fake ones out or if you had wifi on site o(r wanted to go the sim card/monthly route), that's not an expensive option either.
