It has semi-recently been bought by Apartments dot com, so I expect the feature set to change in the next several months. 

Hi Everyone, I'm semi new to the BP forum.

There's issues over the shared washer dryer, semi shared storage space, there's dog poop involved, and a missing coat.

Have you done quarterly, semi-annual inspections?

I have a very successful broker in town with properties all over the country that is willing to hold my license, and he obviously stands to be an excellent mentor.My reputation in town is starting to bring me leads on a semi regular basis, and now that I’ll have a handful of ways to handle those leads (buy and hold, flip, send to other investors, list on MLS with my license), I wanted to figure out a way to pay referral bonuses to the people who send them, based on the end result of that lead.

At that point, I'll be ready to really retire (I'm 63 and consider myself semi-retired now) and then I'd like to convert that cash into as many rental units as I can leverage that into for passive income.

Does this semi-plan sound sensible at all?

- The building is semi attached, and the other building is the same height.

I am not a wholesaler but I think that would be a great strategy to help you stack cash to later put into a building a portfolio and semi passive income. 

Or take a semi-retired rental investor that you cold call who express's there just kind burnt out on the biz but not a fan of taking the tax hit.
