My personal opinion is that the demand is there for the high season and we will have normal occupancy for the summer/fall. 

Agree, October missed the warm season but still is not winter. 

I can’t get showings or offers in on time to compete with seasoned investors.I didn’t realize it would be this difficult.

Lovely attached, outdoor terrace to relax and enjoy the seasons, sparkling community pool and large gym for workouts.

Then you start the whole process over with that property while you wait for that first property to season a bit so you can demonstrate an intent to hold.

We had an inspection done and and then negotiated the price down to $197,000 from $250,000 based on the fact we would allow my husband's step dad rent a room during ski season, the faulty roof, and other issues with the property.
