It simply states that Fannie and Freddie see short sale flips as mortgage scams and that the group of investors, realtors, appraisers etc...

So far my experience with them have been very positive, good customer service, good rates, responsive to my questions etc, etc, but being such a new company, I am worried that they are not legit, ie sign my house over and never send me my money or try to scam me in some way.

Mom stops paying her rent, you evict her from the garage and you are left with your welfare mama in your house with a lease at $400.You aren't getting any money from a welfare granny, so a waste of time to try to reinforce the lease on the garage, especially when she tells the judge that it is a scam to cheat Section 8 out of more money.You were a cop.
