Now that they can't reach a resolution directly, they contact you, understandably. 

I can't imagine someone looking at that page and thinking this is going to lead to a resolution of his/her major need to sell that house.

Basically I was funding their attorneys and staff, and any final resolution, but still paying them for insurance, and not just on the policy for my sale, but for ever for all future sales.
