He reminds me of my departed step-grandfather, who always had a little weird bend to him but started really subscribing to some crazy conspiracy theories once he got up there past 70.At the risk of making a lot of people mad, I'm going to say it anyway - economics is kind of a junk science.

It reminds me a lot of 2008, some signals are there, like developers building prime office space that cannot be rented for the money they want, or that is sitting vacant.
