Pulling from my years of experience as a landlord (and general common sense), I begged & pleaded with our buyer to reconsider this idea.  

For the tenant it can seem like such a low bar of commitment that it doesn't provoke them to reconsider, which is an interim state that can last for a LONG time! 

If there's other properties that would return more at the time you make your offer, then maybe you should reconsider.

I'm not trying to insult when I say this but, if you cannot afford the ~$1K to have the contract drafted by an attorney, you may want to reconsider your venture into REI.

I would reconsider if I were you.

Our PM is asking us to reconsider so I'm trying to see what other investors might be paying for this service. 

Now with the new tax law I am wondering if I should reconsider?

If I found a fixer upper around here I'd reconsider, or I'm considering one of the seedier areas west of here for low market entry and cash flow, and work with someone as a team, and if it meshes well branch out from there.

If they think someone may lose their job they may reconsidering how certain they are about the situation. 

It's very hard to get a loan with good terms as a foreign investor.I would re-consider your BRRRR strategy and look at something else.Thanks and much success
