Being new of coarse I would be looking to wholesale to get my feet wet and to get hands on experience, I know that's just a small piece of the puzzle but it's a start and a few deals can give me a down payment for nicer, bigger homes.

I'm flipping a house in SV right now but I'm deep enough into it that I'm not sure where you could fit into my puzzle at this point.  

Good resources help you identify the most important pieces of the puzzle so you don't get caught up losing a good deal over a "Want" as opposed to a "Need"  and no matter whether you're up against the jerk or the nice guy.   

I love figuring out puzzles and would really like to scour the web for good deals on properties with great potential for Airbnb, showing potential buyers all the numbers and projected return/income for the property.
