This will tell you that agents like them because of prices, perception, etc and that PMs like them because of ease of rent, quality of tenant, etc. 

Again, as one poster said you, included the address etc of the violation, in your OP, so it's public knowledge now.

@Harley TigrerosYou should be able to find the public notice of the foreclosure that'll give loan amount owed and, if it does go to foreclosure, you can buy it at auction (if it's within the specified time period for public notice)

(looks up via public records ahead of time so you know the answer; this question usually trips up an imposter reference)I also inject RE lingo into the conversation if I am dubious as to the authenticity of the person. 

Depending on your state's requirements, I usually will buy decapitated ugly homes directly from the public with no agent involved and in those situations I have a disclosure that states specifically that the seller is selling the home significantly below market value (I also wrote the the ARV in there so theres no evidence that the seller or buyer didn't know what they were buying/selling).

Disagreement resulting in a knee-jerk public (or even private) response will not benefit you in this industry.

Its safe to say that the social stigma that marijuana is harmful is going away.Still, it still has the perception of attracting a bad bunch of people and still operates as a cash business.

@Joseph Fields RE agents are held to a high standard when it comes to dealing with the public, so I wouldn't do it.
