Another one I haven't noticed in other PMs is they keep any pet fee they charge but will fix up to $1,000 of pet damage.

LOTS of people have pets.We simply use a one-time pet deposit fee (non-refundable) and limit it to a cat or a less-than-25 pound dog.We've not had an issue yet.We make them sign a Pet Addendum which lays out requirements like carpet cleaning  and flea and tick treatment prior to move out.Best of luck!

It doesn't help that glyphosate really does work like magic where it's used in the public eye, a solution to clearing residential weeds with minimal proven short and long-term negatives, too, far safer for children and pets than anything else ever used.
