Yes the official meet times are the 1st Wednesday's of the month. 

As of Friday I along with @Zachary Sargent are officially homeowners (technically our LLC's are) of a 4 unit property in Englewood, Chicago.  

The deed of trust is registered with the county so there is an official lien on the property and they could take the property if I defaulted on the loan.I have never been asked for a credit report or financial statement from any of my private investors.

I have an offer in hand, and the buyer has been shown the house and is moving forward with the sale pending an official home inspection. 

I also have an email from the Constrcution Code Official saying the Township had it demolished at their expense.

In Colorado you could get publications announcing that a property has been foreclosed upon and an auction sale date, but the properties rarely went to auction on the given date; for the actual auctions happening in a given week I had to to go to the county website.I did find some of this information on the John L.
