@Ankan Basak if you do decide to keep it, one thing to keep in mind is if he moves out say 2 months from now and the refrigerator fails 6 months from now, you likely won't have the benefit of the manufacturers warranty unless the warranty is transferable which generally it is not.

As far as theft...I don't know if this makes you feel better or worse, but equipment manufacturers use one key for every item they produce.

Also, check with your local manufactured housing association for resources and help as well.

The sellers attorney has instructed the title company to provide us with a title report and survey.  

Joking aside, I have been flipping for 13 years and my accountant instructed me to flip from an S corp.

Can anyone direct me to either manufacturers in the Virginia area, or an industry association where I could located manufacturers/dealers?
