Anybody who thinks he can circumvent the pre-foreclosure process using "creative" ways, like your friend, expects too much from the system.

Don I have spoke at many of these events.. the one here in Oregon though I personally dont care for much.. they tend to bring in old retread type guys that are pitching systems that worked 25 years ago.. and I pretty much believe they are taking kick backs for the sales those guys are making..

In short, not really.I set up a system with direct to tenant meter billing to avoid the overhead of a relationship with an EV service provider. 

@Wayne Brooks this is a very old one.. there was a guy in 'Colorado who had a huge internet presence and had the same deal... he got indicted and put out of business maybe someone will recall his name... when he was going big.. you would see 5 to 10 craigs list ads all saying the same thing we buy notes.. then you talk to the individual and they knew nothing about the business and read from a script..

The worst part is No One answer thru emails and phone doesn't work for me (the auto system said my information is incorrect). 

I have my cable, internet, and home phone (landline) through Comcast.

Over the years, I've built strong systems to keep projects on time and within budget.

I’ve installed DIY split systems myself.

I've come up with these key features:- Internet (a given)- Washer/dryer- Pet friendly- King bed- EV charging (?)
