This is a horrible idea for obvious reasons .

They're tough, horrible creatures.  

For starters, in a few more years they will be hanging down with age and look horrible.

The ones in our price range (150k-250K) that we either made an appt to see or drove by were in horrible areas, in horrible condition, or at a horrible price.

My primary worry has been, "Is this property a great deal because it's so cheap, or is this property so cheap because it is a horrible deal?".
