Word of mouth networking?

I use to be a realtor for rapid and citi-habitats, I've noticed that the best deals are almost all word of mouth!

. :) Same here, the more folks out of the housing market and renting, the happier all the landlords on Bigger Pockets are!

We have found social media to be of limited benefit thus far in keeping our units rented, but see it as another form of "word of mouth" and have plans to look at it more seriously if vacancy rates rise.

Not under any concrete, per say.A good, graded, perforated perimeter drain pipe, dug down around the problem area, in addition to your sump pump, should do the trick.The real question, I would think, as far as legality goes, is will your tenant make a false claim of damage to his personal property, just to get you to fix it.I would encourage you to get a professional out there and just bite the bullet. 5 years from now I think you will be way happier you did.

WORD OF MOUTH is the best and cheapest form of advertising.1) So use your relationships with friends and family.  

Word of mouth is powerful, but that definitely seems outside the norm.

Hi Guys,Almost the end of my first year wholesaling in Jacksonville, FL, so I'm looking ahead for a CPA who's not only investor friendly, but also "International Investor Friendly".I'd prefer recommendations from members on BP, over a "Google Search and call" scenario, as in my own experience, word of mouth usually targets a more suitable person or company.So fire away please - I'd be very pleased to hear from anyone if you know of a reputable, reliable, CPA in the Jax area!

My tenant base is 100% blue-collar type & I couldn't be happier working with this kind of tenant, although there will be unique situations.Deb - Take some time and read through this book.
