Cannot see into the kitchen from condo, but saw all the cabinets, sink, everything outside near dumpster, and wall excavated so u can see into the (barren) kitchen from outside, and waters from our fridge lying around empty.They are not offering ANY compensation; referring to get renter's insurance, and say will be done in just a 'few' days more.

But if you're worried about a guest lying and saying the fridge or hot tub doesn't work and they should get to leave and get a refund, they could already do that. 

Changed the locks, kitchen cabinet hardware, added nice used appliances (front load washer and dryer, fridge).

My vote is no, and I do supply most other appliances like fridge, dishwasher, etc.

The reason that the breaker in the kitchen (specifically the one tied to the oven, microwave, and fridge) trips easily is due to the higher voltage of the major appliances.

In my experience they are great tenants, normally stay about 3 years, and if you are super lucky their replacement will rent the same home.Sometimes they'll pay extra to get fridge, washer/dryer and yard/pool service.Usually very respectful and clean, I've never worried about credit as long as they have offer letter from the company.
