. - Once an owner knows what materials are being used, they can then check pricing at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. - Some materials for bigger jobs, like concrete, are harder to check pricing on.

And at what nominal price compared to the $24mil they paid in 2019? 

My only regret is that I never considered real estate decades ago, but I look forward to this journey and the impact it will have on my family.

What are the costs for the value adds, the expected hold time, and the expected sale price? 

The document that records the sale is called a "Tohon" and does not list a sale price. 

In my experience tenants on the lower end of rent tend to cause more damage than higher price tenants.

Honestly if you are doing STR I would suggest doing Austin itself rather than all the way out there in Kyle - maybe a couple of years ago when the prices were through the roof in Austin city itself this would be a good alternative but there is a blip right now where you can get a god entry point in Austin (downtown/east ideally) for STR
