With the Raiders coming to town, I think that these rentals will be very attractive to wealthy Raiders fans living in California and who want to fly into Vegas for all home games3.

Do not lead off with the word eviction as that won't fly with what is going on currently. 

However, my gut is telling me that since we file taxes jointly, the federal government won't let that fly.  

So just be careful of anything under 5 years, IMO, because time flies!

I am curious how is everyone being affected due to coronary happening.In N.Y. where I am from agents and brokers cannot pick up New listings, Nor cold call but can work existing contracted listing, so what about people whom invest (fix and fli p or buy and hold) or wholesale, Or lenders how does  vivid affecting your business?

In normal economic times you'd want to fly to your short list cities and tour some houses, you'll learn pretty quick.
