In my opinion, a 4 year SCIENCE degree gets you a better job vs. a high school diploma in most cases.

Not sure if the savings is worth it but Harbor Freight sells the nailer pretty cheap (with good reviews) and plumbing a straight line isn't rocket science.

Romiving a section of roof needs to be done along the centers of adjacent rafters so you have a nailer....better yet, get some bids, while it is not rocket science, it's not for the average DIYer, you'll need some construction experience....and be careful.
