If you have enough room, it's always great to have one extra amenity that not many other properties offer.

My thoughts from the little I know about the raw numbers however:1) You have no reason to not raise the rent at least a small amount to compensate for the extra cost of ownership the past few years.

Here's how they work: they advertise a low initial cost of $499 for a 30-yard dumpster, but in the fine print, it says you'll pay extra for any weight over 3000 pounds.As a first-time home renovator, I assumed the 3000 pounds would be more than enough and ended up paying a lot more than I expected.

But otherwise, a room just needs new sheets (we have extras ready to go) and towels, snacks, and then we quickly wipe and spray everything down, vacuum (doesn't always need it after every single stay) and we are out.

This would be 2 days before he announced in his June 20th email (which I believe you have) that he was suspending payments to hundreds of investors because of financial problems.He did not disclose anywhere in the webinar (48 hours before the email) the difficulties that his business was experiencing which was laid out in the email 2 days later.
