Denver is definitely exploding right now and I'm looking to capitalize off my properties that are in the neighborhoods that are trendy right now and get some in the up-and-coming neighborhoods that are very rentable with little fix up cost.

I've been going for 5 years now and it has totally exploded my business as an RE Investor and Agent.

Thank goodness because since then rents have exploded in the area.  

Fast forward to today and I now have $200K in equity because the area exploded in value.

Unless I glossed over it - I'm at ch5 now though.Anyway, one of my friends is about to close on a property in Twentynine Palms, which he says is 'exploding' as far as visitors/tourism is concerned.

We live in Portland right now and the housing market just seems to be exploding right now.

Royal Oak has been booming the last few years, and continues to explode in appreciation, along with some other cities nearby.

Here in Phoenix the RE market didn't pop, it exploded in 2008.
