I have the opportunity to purchase 16 lots that are zoned for Duplexes.

I’m thinking this duplex has air b&b potential since it’s pretty close to the chiefs stadium otherwise it would be a long term rental any ideas would be awesome!!!

- Can they cite the owner and make them use the property only as a Duplex instead of a Triplex?

I had them managing my duplex for a little over a year I am so frustrated that I told them they won't be collecting another dollar of rent!

A new investor buying a $150,000 SFH house in the Midwest or $500,000 duplex doesn't need a trust in the Cook Islands - ridiculous and not practical.I know many California investors with millions in real estate who purchased umbrella insurance who don't even have LLCs.

Better yet, if you can find a duplex or a fourplex in Miami.
