I compare it to a site like HomeUnion, the main competitor of Roofstock, which I find a bit confusing.Interested Party: No matter what though, always remember that Roofstock is an interested party.

It looks like Microsoft is just creating new standards to just make life difficult for competitors and folks like me.Sorry on this one.

Unfortunately, that means your competitors can do the same and flood the market.

Their interest rates were also much lower than their competitors.  

We happen to be the nation's largest provider of real property data and have a greater geographic footprint than our closest competitor (who created AgentPro247).As the OP brought up, there may be a price difference.

Like me, perhaps they have taken extreme measures to learn how to sell.While you may have a feeling that competition will not be a problem due to your motivation and your ability to excel at everything you do, you may be well advised to remember that there are those Investors in your market, who are well trained, highly motivated, and are relentlessly good at what they do.Unless you know what to do, or how to do it... what to say, or when to say it.... then your competitor, who is also highly motivated, and excel at what they do... who has taken the time to learn what to do, what to say, and when... will unfortunately....Slaughter you every time.  

I haven't pulled the trigger - looking for competitors to Dwell to compare against.Ashley's idea about credit unions and HELOCs is a good one.

And all the big competitors in my area are using investor carrot sites.
