Best suggestion to combat that fear is to find someone in your community who is doing what you want to do and share a deal together.

Telling them how they are being or making it personal just leads to combative defensive actions by the tenant.

Thanks for the reply.You should feel fortunate.The condo of a friend suffered a lot of smoke damage as a result of a fire in the next unit and water damage since the fire dept went through his unit to combat the fire.He then really suffered when the "Recovery" company came in and cleared out his belongings keeping many for the company.

If yes, what happens if that card is clone, stolen, etc and fraudulent charges are made?  

From everything I've learned from previous chargebacks, I have been able to catch fraudulent charges before they become a chargeback.

I combat it by focusing on my friendships, staying caught up with friends, so having a core network of friends who just like you for you, where you can just be you-- is the most important thing IMO.  

It is fraudulent to buy as a primary residence and then not reside there. 

Nothe person that I have found will go through the pain in the *** of an eviction process, is usually the personality type that I do not want to do business with (combative personality) 

It’s like serving a tour of real estate combat at this level.
