So a property management company who I will obviously never use again has bounce $4217.19 worth of checks to me :roll: So I show up to his office this morning and tell him he's a SCUMBAG(MikeOH style) and to pay me my money so he wrote me new checks, I go to his bank to cash them instead of my bank to deposit them b/c I already went down that road once already.

If the check bounces, you know ahead of time that you have a problem.

I don't have to worry about a check bouncing or the tenant stopping payment.

If you try to drive it harder, it doesn't bounce as much.Now people aren't weights and springs.

Well, I had been gone a week and when I got home I heard from my wife that their first check for prorated September rent, and 1/2 of the deposit, had bounced.

I do appologize to everyone who I confused by bouncing my talk back and forth between the two parcels.I was also attempting to tell everyone to watch for these larger parcels to come available in your areas as I am seeing more and more of them being lost due to economic conditions.I saw the opportunity and could not take advantage of it but I hope that this will open others eyes to the possibilities that are out there because they could be very beneficial to someone who is watching and is on their game.
