I am learning as much as possible about MH investing, with the motivation to begin doing deals in 2011.

I appreciate all the resources here on BP!

Anyone doing deals in Wisconsin? If so, what do you feel is the deal "climate" here? Any issues with the SAFE act on Lonnie deals?

Also, looking to stock up on some books... any good current books/authors writing about this fascinating subject?
