Are you willing to inspire instead of discourage?

These types of posts are what inspires me and keeps me full of ambitious, I'm going to launch my real estate campaign within the upcoming weeks, I'm very excited because I want to apply the knowledge I have been gaining and receive profitable results!!

My attorney and title company don't seem to understand this or don't like this or don't seem inspired to want to move forward with something like this (title company says we can't really insure this without an action to clear title), I think mostly because they seem unfamiliar with it.

But they will give you so much inspiration and ideas that you can put to work.The search bar is my best friend here.

And so inspiring as well!

The house we bought had a 400 power bill but we told them we had just acquired it and they switched it to our name and waved the old bill, which was awefully nice of them.

If a project does not inspire you it might be best to pass.

For somebody who's really inspired, perhaps you could have them contract with lawn care and maintenance services and more.
