However, you can cherry pick the areas and there are some near chinatown (west), north west ( near the 95 freeway), and near the strip. 

I also spent a fair amount of time at Fairview hospital a few years back-- the Kamms Corner/West Park area looks like it would be a super rental area too-- if I lived in the Cleveland market I'd be willing/looking to buy there.

Not the case, and actually with some TLC, by someone other then myself, this thing might have another 93 years of use.It's on the west side of Cbus, which until this I had not ever been.....
