I came across a 4 family home priced at 567k but it has a very high property tax close to 17k.The rents are averaging currently at $1000 per unit there is definitely more upward potential averaging at least at $1200 per unit besides good potential for appreciation.i would like to stay conservative and assume continue at $1000 per unit and overlook appreciation since it's currently only a speculation.Please advice if this is a good investment with 20% down and 30 year conventional loan if it's not at what should be the optimal offer price of that property

Don't you have enough "Pro" people paying to afford a better mobile app (that can edit, quote correctly, add images) I use the mobile version of the website using a web browser from my smartphone - that does allow for edits, and I even think images can be included too.

After reading about the HouseFlippingSpreadSheet on J Scott's web site I am thinking about buying it since I am planning on doing my first rehab next year.J's recommendation goes a long way IMO but I was curious if anyone else has any suggestions or advise about this product or any other similar products they use and recommend.

Some counties web sites are more user friendly than others you may have to look at a tax parcel map and search by the parcel in the search function.
