I don't see any need to swap over to bulk dispenser.We do provide full jugs (96oz) of Tide and Downy plus bleach and Lysol laundry sanitizer for guests use.

grass is not always greener.. nothing wrong with owning super stable valuable assets that just pay your mortgage.. the little bit of cash flow you might make wont make up for the risk by swapping your basically risk free stablized assets in one of the strongest markets in the country.

But if they had been right, your cost to do the swap in to better properties would have gone down.

It isn't dedicated to swapping, but you would be able to post those properties and details and others can ask questions, post new information, PM, etc.

Just so you can keep in mind how much profit there is @ $6,000 for a new 3.5 ton.)I thought $4,200 was a little high compared to 2019 but he’s a good guy and does the swap within 48 hours. 

If aiming for high end, I'd swap them for stainless steel and have water/ice in the fridge door.
